Refund Policy
This Refund Policy forms part of the mylovestack Terms of Service between Commit, MB (the “Company”) and You (the “Client”). Capitalised words mean what the Terms of Service say they mean. Please read it in full before You order any Service (Terms 6.6.1).
1. Subscriptions and renewal
1.1 Some Services, including The Brain and the monthly Template plans, are sold as subscriptions with recurring payments. The price, any introductory price and the billing period are shown at the point of sale, before You pay (Terms 6.6, 6.6.2, 6.8).
1.2 Unless You cancel, Your subscription renews automatically and the applicable price is charged at the beginning of each billing period. Where an introductory period renews into a longer or regular period, this is disclosed at the point of sale (Terms 6.6, 6.6.3).
1.3 If a renewal payment fails, access to the Services may be removed until the payment is completed. The Company may retry the payment, up to six (6) times within two (2) months (Terms 6.6.5.1, 6.6.5.3).
2. How to cancel
2.1 You can cancel at any time by logging into Your Account on the Website, opening Account and choosing Manage subscription, or by emailing hello.commit@gmail.com (Terms 9.4.1).
2.2 To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before that period begins. A cancellation stops the next renewal; You keep access until the last day of the period You have already paid for, and the Agreement ends on that day (Terms 6.6, 9.2).
2.3 Removing the app from Your device does not cancel a subscription (Terms 9.5).
2.4 If You buy Lifetime access to The Brain while You hold a Brain subscription, the subscription is cancelled when the Lifetime purchase completes, so it is not charged again. The unused part of the subscription period is not refunded or credited.
3. Refunds
3.1 Fees already paid are non-cancellable and non-refundable, except where the Services meet the conditions in this Refund Policy or where a refund is required by mandatory applicable law (Terms 6.9). Cancelling a subscription does not refund a period that has already been paid for (Terms 9.2).
3.2 One-time purchases — Templates, Template bundles, Lifetime access and other one-time products — follow the same rules, unless their offer says otherwise (Terms 6.7). Downloadable digital content is the exception set out in 3.3.1.
3.3 14-day refund. You may ask for a full refund of any purchase within fourteen (14) days of Your first payment for it, for any reason. No other condition applies. For a subscription, a renewal payment is not refundable (see 3.1).
3.3.1 PDF guides and other downloads are not refundable. A PDF guide (for example the Vibecoding Starter PDF) or any other downloadable digital content is delivered to You in full the moment Your purchase completes, and cannot be returned. Such a purchase is therefore excluded from the 14-day refund in 3.3 and is non-refundable from the moment it is delivered. This is stated on the offer before You add it to Your order, and by adding it You agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that You lose the right to a refund once it is delivered (Terms 1.6, 6.7). Where a download cannot be delivered to You at all, write to us (section 4) and we will deliver it again or refund it.
3.4 A refund is paid to the payment method used for the purchase and reaches You within up to eight (8) business days of our approving it.
3.5 Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any right that mandatory applicable law gives You.
4. How to ask for a refund
4.1 Email hello.commit@gmail.com from the email address You paid with, and say what You bought and why You are asking for a refund (Terms 6.12).
4.2 Any claim about a fee or an amount charged must be made in writing no later than thirty (30) days after the fee was applied or charged (Terms 6.14).
